What you will do

• Develop pricing frameworks across Enterprise B2B, B2C, Partnership, and PLG motions.
• Define feature gatekeeping and bundle structures to drive upsell and expansion.
• Design self-serve pricing triggers to optimize conversion of free users to paying customers.
• Conduct quantitative research on customer willingness to pay and map competitive landscapes.
• Establish discounting guardrails and approval workflows for the Sales team.
• Perform A/B testing on pricing models and monitor performance metrics like NRR and LTV/CAC.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, or management consulting in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL proficiency are mandatory.
• Strong understanding of behavioral economics and global market penetration strategies.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa support provided.
• Effective communication skills to bridge strategy with product and sales execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and GAAP.
• Experience using AI tools for workflow or pricing optimization.
