What you will do
- Define and own the global football marketing strategy to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performance marketing team including CRM and brand specialists.
- Build cross-functional relationships with regional leads, product, data, and commercial teams.
- Oversee the global marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and measurable ROI across channels.
- Develop and activate strategic partnerships and sponsorships to amplify reach.
- Track performance KPIs across the full funnel and report strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Senior marketing leadership experience (VP or Director level) within a global sports, media, or subscription business.
- Genuine passion for football and deep understanding of the global football ecosystem.
- Proven track record of driving consumer growth and managing significant marketing budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams within matrix organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from London as per the hybrid office requirement.
