What you will do

  • Define and execute the global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and segment positioning to establish clear value propositions.
  • Accelerate the sales pipeline by focusing spend on high-converting channels and ensuring rigorous data integrity.
  • Partner with the CRO to achieve annual and quarterly pipeline objectives and drive marketing-influenced ARR growth.
  • Oversee global brand strategy, corporate communications, and public relations to increase industry share of voice.
  • Manage strategic relationships with industry analysts, advisory firms, and market influencers.
  • Lead and mentor the global marketing team, overseeing the MarTech roadmap and investment ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional B2B marketing experience in SaaS, Enterprise Software, InsurTech, or FinTech.
  • 3+ years in senior marketing leadership roles with direct responsibility for pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset focused on pipeline diagnostics, data attribution, and funnel efficiency.
  • Proven success scaling global demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Experience managing significant global marketing budgets with a strict focus on ROI.
  • Must be based in London.
