• Qualify inbound opportunities and prioritize pursuit strategies.
• Lead RFP responses and pitch presentations while collaborating with Infosys partners.
• Develop targeted vertical industry strategies focused on digital transformation and CX/UX engagement.
• Manage the end-to-end proposal process including writing, editing, and narrative development.
• Participate in executive decision-making and strategic planning for new business development.
• Collaborate across creative service lines to drive growth in product design and experience-focused work.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in agency or consulting roles such as business development, account management, or project management.
• Strong track record of driving B2B/B2C experience transformation with large enterprise clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional-grade editorial and proofreading abilities.
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Apple Keynote.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
