Location: Must be based in Austin, TX (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Lead and grow the U.S. SLED Mid Market sales organization and drive hiring efforts.
  • Oversee regional go-to-market programs, including sales, channel strategy, and business development.
  • Drive sales growth and ensure consistent application of company methodology, forecasting, and account management practices.
  • Represent the company as the primary contact for operational concerns, regulatory initiatives, and escalations.
  • Manage business cadence, including forecast calls, deal reviews, and team meetings.
  • Represent the brand at external conferences and industry associations like NASCIO and NASTD.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of senior sales leadership experience and 10+ years of experience selling to SLED accounts.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and quarterly forecasting.
  • Proven track record of success in long, complex sales cycles and velocity sales.
  • Strong knowledge of network performance, security, Zero Trust, and SASE concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for executive-level audiences.

  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or IT.
  • Startup experience and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Previous internal promotion track record in sales leadership.
