What you will do

• Partner with the CMO and cross-functional leaders to drive business rhythms and weekly agendas.
• Manage in-year planning, budget allocation, and strategic operational initiatives.
• Lead strategic projects from initial hypothesis to full operationalization.
• Synthesize complex data into executive-ready narratives and presentation decks.
• Drive organizational change and transformation within a large, matrixed environment.
• Integrate GenAI tools into operational workflows to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, California.
• Strong strategic and data-driven thinking with high marketing acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for executive-level reporting.
