What you will do

• Lead the evaluation and rollout of self-service and AI tooling to reduce ticket volume and improve efficiency for customers and agents.
• Unify support operations across multiple brands into a cohesive and consistent experience.
• Build and maintain the reporting and metrics infrastructure to provide visibility into performance, trends, and organizational health.
• Establish operational rhythms, including OKR tracking, performance reviews, and planning cycles.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to execute high-priority cross-functional initiatives.
• Document SOPs and frameworks to ensure institutional knowledge and scalability.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in business operations, support operations, consulting, or a similar high-execution role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects at scale with limited oversight.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to solve operational challenges or drive efficiency gains.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with support platforms (Zendesk preferred) and data visualization tools.
• Legal right to be employed in the United States.
