What you will do

• Oversee global HR service delivery across self-service, service centers, and specialized HR functions.
• Modernize employee journeys through automation, persona-based design, and intuitive workflows.
• Drive the integration and advancement of HR technology tools like ServiceNow and Workday.
• Define and track operational KPIs and dashboards to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Lead and develop global teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Implement AI-powered solutions including intelligent case routing and knowledge search.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading global HR service centers and service delivery models.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information as defined under applicable law.
• Strong expertise in HR technology stacks, specifically ServiceNow HRSD and Workday.
• Demonstrated success in deploying automation and AI to improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to define and manage complex global processes, SLAs, and governance structures.
