What you will do
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define, monitor, and advance strategic objectives and key business initiatives.
- Partner with HR to oversee and refine the local onboarding process.
- Manage essential HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and policy implementation support.
- Coordinate office administration and manage local office budgets.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and COO/CoS functions.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a strategic support, HR administration, operations, project management, or operational role.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in standard business productivity software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, management, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of related work experience.
- Experience within the financial services or technology industry.
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and AI Tooling.
