What you will do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance within HRIS systems like Workday or ADP.
- Partner with immigration counsel to support visa sponsorship, renewals, and compliance processes.
- Ensure HR policies and employment practices remain compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support Leave of Absence administration in collaboration with the Benefits team.
- Resolve complex employee inquiries, serving as a high-level escalation point for operational issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in People Operations or a similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience managing HRIS platforms such as ADP or Workday.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee situations with sound judgment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
