What you will do
- Sell hirify.global solutions to Mid Market accounts with a goal to exceed annual recurring revenue quotas.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and upselling within a defined territory.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a disciplined pipeline across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and expansion sales.
- Advocate for customer needs with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Must be located in the USA and able to work remotely.
- 2+ years of experience selling in cybersecurity and 4 years as an individual contributor.
- Strong pipeline generation, qualification skills, and ability to present ROI-driven value.
- Experience executing repeatable sales processes and navigating complex buying cycles.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in early-stage, resource-constrained environments.
Nice to have
- Training in MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Sale sales methodologies.
