What you will do
- Design and deliver live, instructor-led onboarding programs for all GTM teams.
- Build scalable onboarding curricula that blend synchronous and asynchronous learning for diverse roles including Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Partners.
- Create role-specific learning paths with clear competency milestones and certification requirements.
- Develop assessment frameworks that measure knowledge retention and readiness for customer-facing responsibilities.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure onboarding reflects current business priorities and market dynamics.
- Establish metrics and analytics systems to measure time-to-first-deal, time-to-quota, and program effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales enablement, learning & development, or sales management with a focus on onboarding and new hire acceleration.
- Proven track record designing learning plans and facilitating engaging, high-impact training programs.
- Experience building onboarding programs from scratch or significantly transforming existing programs.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to command a room and create inclusive learning environments; Executive presence is a must for this role.
- Demonstrated success creating blended learning experiences (in-person, virtual, self-paced).
- Data-driven approach to measuring onboarding effectiveness and optimizing for outcomes.
