Location: Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and able to work in the Toronto office at least twice per week.

Salary: $148,000 – $222,000 CAD

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define experience strategy and high-leverage priorities.
• Lead end-to-end design across complex, multi-surface journeys from discovery to execution.
• Define best practices for AI interaction, ensuring transparency and trust within the legal domain.
• Drive consistency and scalability by evolving patterns and frameworks across the product ecosystem.
• Mentor peers and provide constructive critique to elevate design craft and strategic thinking.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to navigate ambiguity and move teams toward clear decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area.
• Strong expertise in complex interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered workflows with a focus on trust and transparency.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-team initiatives and deliver cohesive solutions.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS.
• Practical fluency with modern AI tools like Figma Make, Cursor, or Gemini.
