What you will do
- Own end-to-end UX design for features and workflows within the RunMyJobs platform.
- Design intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise automation scenarios including job scheduling and monitoring.
- Develop and contribute to a new design system, creating reusable components and interaction guidelines.
- Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality, feasible implementations.
- Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate design exploration and streamline workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing full-stack UX capabilities including research, interaction, and visual design.
- Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Proven ability to design for complex, data-dense enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Midjourney in a professional design context.
- Must be based in Ontario, Canada.

- Experience designing automation or developer tools.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like React, HTML, or CSS.
