What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX for entire features within the automation platform.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for complex enterprise scenarios.
• Contribute to and maintain a new design system for the entire product portfolio.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Leverage AI tools daily to enhance design productivity and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product design, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing full-stack UX capabilities.
• Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Proven ability to design for complex, data-dense enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to drive design productivity.
• Experience contributing to or building design systems and component libraries.

Nice to have

• Background in enterprise domains like ERP, finance, or DevOps.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Technical understanding of front-end technologies like React.
• Experience using AI for component generation and design tokens.
