Senior Designer (Web3)

Location: Toronto; hybrid working schedule with the option to work fully remotely or from the nearest Moonbase

What you will do

• Lead brand projects from research, trend and competitor analysis, and whitespace identification through delivery.
• Develop interactive brands, digital experiences, and concepts with design leads, brand strategists, and clients.
• Establish design systems and style guidelines covering typography, color, patterns, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, 3D, photography, and videography.
• Create wireframes, screens, and prototypes showing product behavior, interaction, 3D, and motion.
• Prepare presentations and written rationales for internal critiques and client-facing reviews.
• Collaborate with Design Directors and Creative Directors while communicating design ideas clearly.

Requirements

• Passion for conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, imagery, and broad design practice.
• Experience designing innovative layouts and designs that scale across web, mobile, presentations, and other platforms.
• User-centric design approach considering accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.
• Experience designing interactive websites with three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine, and GSAP.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, presentation, and client-interfacing skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Cinema 4D.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and animating 2D and 3D objects, characters, props, and environments in varying project styles.
• Experience with crypto, NFTs, blockchain technology, and Web3.
• Experience with project management.
