What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery through delivery.
• Lead design for on-ramp and off-ramp experiences between fiat and stablecoin rails.
• Design native mobile SDKs to ensure seamless integration within third-party applications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape roadmaps and achieve measurable customer outcomes.
• Partner with content design to deliver clear, actionable user information.
• Drive holistic design solutions through system mapping, prototyping, and stakeholder reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company.
• Proven experience working with and evolving an established design system.
• Strong background in collaborating with engineering teams on UI development.
• Experience driving large-scale initiatives or high-visibility features autonomously.
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of Web3 primitives like wallets, smart contracts, gas fees, and L1/L2 networks.
• Experience designing for treasury management or cross-border B2B payment systems.
• Passion for pixel-perfect detail and cross-functional feedback cycles.
