What you will do

• Design end-to-end features and intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise automation scenarios.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs balancing user needs with technical constraints.
• Build and evolve a new design system with reusable components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Conduct user research including interviews and usability tests to drive design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure implementation fidelity and maintain design velocity.
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate design exploration and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating full-stack UX capabilities including research and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools for design productivity.
• Ability to translate complex user insights into actionable design solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience designing automation or developer tools.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards like WCAG.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, HTML, and CSS.
• Background in ERP, finance, or DevOps domains.
