What you will do
- Own the full customer lifecycle from post-sale implementation through renewal, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead customer onboarding, training, and operational rollouts while defining measurable success criteria.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in security, IT, and operations to align platform capabilities with business goals.
- Develop deep technical proficiency in the platform to troubleshoot and guide customers in real-world environments.
- Break down ambiguous technical problems into actionable plans to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Capture customer feedback to influence product improvements and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, customer success, or field engineering.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder programs within enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex, configurable systems and workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interaction.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
