What you will do
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
- Develop strategies and playbooks to increase AI product adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to define team KPIs, roles, and success metrics for the new organization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient handoffs.
- Build and refine scalable workflows for onboarding, QBRs, and renewals.
- Drive retention and customer health using a data-driven approach to identify trends and impact.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience leading Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience building or scaling CS functions from the ground up.
- Strong coaching and people leadership skills with a focus on accountability.
- Strategic mindset capable of executing complex process design and hands-on customer engagement.
- Data-driven decision-making ability using metrics to demonstrate business value.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
