Senior Manager, Customer Success (SaaS): Leading a foundational Customer Success team at a high-growth B2B platform with an accent on driving product adoption, expansion, and retention. Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL and able to work in a hybrid office (Tuesday–Thursday).

Salary: $187,000 – $223,000

What you will do

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Develop strategies and playbooks to increase AI product adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to define team KPIs, roles, and success metrics for the new organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient handoffs.
  • Build and refine scalable workflows for onboarding, QBRs, and renewals.
  • Drive retention and customer health using a data-driven approach to identify trends and impact.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience leading Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience building or scaling CS functions from the ground up.
  • Strong coaching and people leadership skills with a focus on accountability.
  • Strategic mindset capable of executing complex process design and hands-on customer engagement.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability using metrics to demonstrate business value.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
