What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients by mastering system functions and features.
- Lead regular account reviews and drive product value, adoption, and renewal.
- Assist in pre-sales demonstrations and technical meetings, including SOW preparation.
- Gather and deliver client feedback to product teams to help shape the roadmap.
- Monitor account health and resolve client issues swiftly to ensure retention.
- Identify and nurture upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the sales team.
Requirements
- Must be based in the New York area.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success or On-boarding.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with complex problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-first mentality with a focus on empathy and loyalty.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Fashion, Luxury, or Beauty industry.
- Knowledge of Gainsight or similar CS platforms.
- Previous experience with technical integrations and pre-sales demonstrations.
- Understanding of international markets and global customers.
