Salary: $130,000–$180,000 OTE USD

What you will do
- Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sell motions to drive net revenue retention.
- Develop and execute mutual success plans aligned with customer business objectives.
- Lead executive-level strategic conversations with VPs and C-suite stakeholders.
- Maintain account maps identifying key decision-makers and growth opportunities.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and services teams.
- Partner with Sales and Services to ensure seamless customer onboarding and delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue-owning role (Client Success, Strategic Account Management, or similar).
- Proven track record of retaining and growing revenue in enterprise or mid-market SaaS environments.
- Background in influencer marketing, martech, or agency services.
- Strong commercial judgment with experience in pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for influencing senior stakeholders.
- Must be located in or near our office locations (Boston, MA or Chicago, IL).
