Focus on designing mutual success plans, leading executive-level renewals, and leveraging AI-powered insights to deliver tangible ROI.

Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, MA or Chicago, IL

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 OTE USD

What you will do

  • Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sell motions to drive net revenue retention.
  • Develop and execute mutual success plans aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Lead executive-level strategic conversations with VPs and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Maintain account maps identifying key decision-makers and growth opportunities.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and services teams.
  • Partner with Sales and Services to ensure seamless customer onboarding and delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a revenue-owning role (Client Success, Strategic Account Management, or similar).
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing revenue in enterprise or mid-market SaaS environments.
  • Background in influencer marketing, martech, or agency services.
  • Strong commercial judgment with experience in pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Must be located in or near our office locations (Boston, MA or Chicago, IL).
