What you will do
- Onboard new practices to the hirify.global network and guide them through transformation processes.
- Coach physicians and office staff on utilizing proprietary technologies and value-based care curricula.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clinical and executive stakeholders at partner practices.
- Manage practice transformation plans and track progress against established financial and quality metrics.
- Listen to practice concerns and identify opportunities for operational improvement in coordination with lead managers.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in medical practice management or significant administrative experience in a clinic setting.
- Must be authorized to work and currently based in the United States.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical or practice management workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support different markets.
- Strong oral and written communication skills suitable for public presentation and team building.
