What you will do

• Onboard new practices to the hirify.global network and guide them through transformation processes.
• Coach physicians and office staff on utilizing proprietary technologies and value-based care curricula.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clinical and executive stakeholders at partner practices.
• Manage practice transformation plans and track progress against established financial and quality metrics.
• Listen to practice concerns and identify opportunities for operational improvement in coordination with lead managers.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience in medical practice management or significant administrative experience in a clinic setting.
• Must be authorized to work and currently based in the United States.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical or practice management workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support different markets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills suitable for public presentation and team building.
