Inventory Control Specialist (AI): Responsible for recording and tracking onsite assets, managing logistics, and conducting audits to ensure efficient asset utilization within the data center. Focus on maintaining accurate inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring smooth workflow between Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Location: 100% onsite-based at one of our data centers in Sparks, NV. Must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Salary: $65,000 to $85,000

What you will do

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and other IT assets within the data center region.
• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of IT materials and ensure their safe storage and distribution.
• Conduct ongoing audits of the asset inventory to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the operations team to allocate resources efficiently.
• Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits, and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain open and effective communication with various teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
