What you will do
- Manage day-to-day execution of corporate planning, including timelines and cross-functional coordination.
- Build and maintain OKR dashboards, performance reports, and portfolio trackers for leadership.
- Design and iterate on planning templates, frameworks, and operating guides.
- Partner with Product, GTM, and Finance teams to align priorities and resource allocation.
- Prepare executive materials for business reviews, board meetings, and offsites.
- Explore and implement AI-assisted scenario modeling to optimize the enterprise planning model.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Must reside in an eligible US state (excluding AK, AR, DE, IA, MS, MO, NE, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, WI).
- 8-10+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or strategy roles.
- Direct experience with annual planning, OKR processes, or portfolio management.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
