What you will do
- Act as a primary HR partner to managers across the North American region.
- Manage employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Provide guidance on HR policy interpretation and ensure consistent application of company processes.
- Support onboarding initiatives and contribute to strategic workforce planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Lead HRBP to navigate high-risk or complex employee-related matters.
- Drive learning and development initiatives and identify opportunities for HR process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong hands-on experience in managing employee relations and performance management.
- Proficiency with formal HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Background experience in financial services or technology sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving corporate environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a global workforce.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Udemy).
