TL;DR

Franchise Account Executive (Fintech): Driving net-new growth for hirify.global’s small business mid-market segment with an accent on consultative sales and multi-stakeholder navigation. Focus on managing complex sales cycles within the franchise ecosystem, building partnerships with franchisors and franchisees, and delivering tailored value propositions for financial management solutions.

Location: Must be based in Plano, Texas, with an in-office requirement of 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Generate pipeline, conduct discovery, and close deals within a targeted franchise territory.
  • Prospect and develop multi-unit franchisee relationships while mapping franchise systems.
  • Collaborate with internal BDR, Sales Engineering, and Partner Success teams.
  • Deliver tailored value propositions across the IES suite including Payments and Payroll.
  • Become a subject-matter expert in key verticals such as Food, Fitness, and Home Services.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce and participate in forecast reviews.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions across various industries to multi-site customers.
  • Deep understanding of accounting workflows, P&L, and balance sheets.
  • Familiarity with franchise systems and multi-stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC, or Sandler.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the accounting or ERP software industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
