What you will do
- Generate pipeline, conduct discovery, and close deals within a targeted franchise territory.
- Prospect and develop multi-unit franchisee relationships while mapping franchise systems.
- Collaborate with internal BDR, Sales Engineering, and Partner Success teams.
- Deliver tailored value propositions across the IES suite including Payments and Payroll.
- Become a subject-matter expert in key verticals such as Food, Fitness, and Home Services.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce and participate in forecast reviews.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions across various industries to multi-site customers.
- Deep understanding of accounting workflows, P&L, and balance sheets.
- Familiarity with franchise systems and multi-stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC, or Sandler.
Nice to have
- Experience in the accounting or ERP software industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
