TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Jersey City, NJ

Compensation: $105,000–$120,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a pipeline of up to 100 tier 1 prospects through the full sales cycle including underwriting and closing.
  • Conduct 35-50 calls and 40 emails daily to engage warm leads.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to help SMB owners select appropriate financial products.
  • Utilize CRM and sales engagement tools to optimize performance and pipeline health.
  • Partner with underwriting and operations teams to resolve deal blockers and accelerate movement.
  • Mentor junior team members on sales best practices and closing strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of telephone sales experience, preferably in the fintech industry or selling to SMBs.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle sales in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to lead consultative discovery conversations and build urgency.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  • Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.
