What you will do
- Partner with the Sales team to diagnose and resolve complex healthcare interoperability challenges.
- Design and document custom solution architectures, workflows, and technical proposals.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and webinars on AI and enterprise integration capabilities.
- Execute technical validations and proof-of-concept projects for enterprise customers.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for Product and Marketing teams.
- Provide technical training and support for stakeholders to ensure successful integration of services.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT within technical, client-facing roles.
- Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 and FHIR.
- 5+ years of experience working with HIPAA compliance and information security regulations.
- Proven track record of designing solutions for SaaS products in enterprise markets.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and enterprise communication tools like Google Suite.
Nice to have
- Experience with JIRA, Lucidchart, and AI-driven business intelligence.
- Technical background in scripting tools or automation development.
