Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to diagnose and resolve complex healthcare interoperability challenges.
• Design and document custom solution architectures, workflows, and technical proposals.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and webinars on AI and enterprise integration capabilities.
• Execute technical validations and proof-of-concept projects for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for Product and Marketing teams.
• Provide technical training and support for stakeholders to ensure successful integration of services.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT within technical, client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 and FHIR.
• 5+ years of experience working with HIPAA compliance and information security regulations.
• Proven track record of designing solutions for SaaS products in enterprise markets.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and enterprise communication tools like Google Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA, Lucidchart, and AI-driven business intelligence.
• Technical background in scripting tools or automation development.
