• Serve as a subject matter expert for Ascend Marketing, ADS Marketing, PS1, PQ1, and related Ascend products.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth implementation of Ascend platforms.
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications for internal product, engineering, and data teams.
• Support clients in integrating Ascend workflows into their existing systems.

Requirements

• Subject matter expert for Ascend Marketing, ADS Marketing, PS1, PQ1, and associated Ascend products.
• Experience leading end-to-end onboarding for new clients.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Experience supporting clients in integrating workflows into existing systems.
