What you will do
- Lead and motivate a high-performance commercial team across the UK and the Nordics.
- Develop and implement regional revenue strategies to drive growth across measurement and programmatic product offerings.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with decision-makers at top agencies and brands.
- Manage regional revenue forecasting and pipeline precision for the EMEA leadership team.
- Negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements and trading partnerships.
- Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and through client engagements.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in internet media or technology sales.
- Proven track record of managing sales managers and driving revenue across multi-national territories.
- Deep understanding of agency dynamics, campaign buying, and planning cycles.
- Extensive network of contacts at top interactive agencies and brand advertisers.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate complex data into value-based sales propositions.
- Must be able to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
