Location: Hybrid position based in London, UK with a minimum of 3 days in-office attendance required.

What you will do

  • Lead and motivate a high-performance commercial team across the UK and the Nordics.
  • Develop and implement regional revenue strategies to drive growth across measurement and programmatic product offerings.
  • Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with decision-makers at top agencies and brands.
  • Manage regional revenue forecasting and pipeline precision for the EMEA leadership team.
  • Negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements and trading partnerships.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and through client engagements.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in internet media or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of managing sales managers and driving revenue across multi-national territories.
  • Deep understanding of agency dynamics, campaign buying, and planning cycles.
  • Extensive network of contacts at top interactive agencies and brand advertisers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate complex data into value-based sales propositions.
  • Must be able to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
