- Develop an annual sales plan and manage sales forecasts.
- Attract top talent and build the sales organization to achieve growth goals.
- Be deeply involved in complex deals to help negotiate and close them.
Requirements
- Cybersecurity industry experience.
- Proven leadership experience in high-performing sales teams.
- Understanding of the information security channel network of partners.
- Extensive knowledge of selling to Enterprise clients.
- Ability to travel (about 20-30%).
- Startup organization background.
