What you will do
- Collaborate with APAC & MENA Business Development Representatives on prospect and partnership engagements.
- Maintain and update CRM records in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy.
- Perform administrative support tasks including new contact and account enrichment.
- Manage accurate attribution for partners via the Partner Referral Program.
- Participate in regional team training sessions and receive 1:1 coaching.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Availability to work 3–5 days per week.
- Previous experience with CRM or sales tools is a plus.
