TL;DR

Rsd, Strategic Sales (AI platform): Building and leading a high-performing enterprise sales team that targets CTO’s of Fortune 500 companies with an accent on driving revenue growth from both new logos and existing accounts, building and iterating a playbook. Focus on setting sales targets, tracking KPIs, and analyzing performance data to drive improvements.

Location: San Francisco

What you will do

  • Manage and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • Drive revenue growth from new logos and existing accounts.
  • Build and iterate a sales playbook.
  • Set sales targets and track KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data to drive improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing and leading sales teams, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Trained in MEDDPICC sales methodology or similar value selling framework.
  • Strong communicator, capable of motivating and inspiring a sales team while holding them accountable to high standards.
  • Experience in setting sales targets, tracking KPIs, and analyzing performance data to drive improvements.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, both personally and as a manager.
  • Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies that lead to consistent growth and customer acquisition.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales forecasting, territory planning, and developing effective sales playbooks.
  • Drive strong operational rigor with sales team.
  • Expertise in sales enablement tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to drive team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of 7 figure deal sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and can coach your team through each stage.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing startup or tech environment where adaptability and flexibility are essential for success.
