What you will do
- Own overall account strategy and executive engagement cadence to ensure value realization.
- Identify and lead internal initiatives to improve customer success processes and scalable frameworks.
- Build and maintain multi-threaded, VP+ relationships within customer organizations.
- Lead commercial negotiations including renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to surface insights and influence roadmap prioritization.
- Utilize performance metrics to assess health, identify risks, and drive proactive account interventions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US, specifically within the specified target cities for client proximity.
- 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting within SaaS, analytics, or e-commerce.
- Strong background in CPG, retail, or Amazon-centric business operations.
- Proven record of successful commercial negotiations and measurable business impact.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
