What you will do
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers to meet and exceed acquisition targets.
- Coach team members on calls, deal progression, and outbound outreach strategy.
- Run effective team routines, including daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and 1:1s.
- Support pipeline development and manage performance metrics.
- Actively support key deals and drive outcomes.
- Create a positive, focused, and accountable team culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales, with at least 5 years leading direct sales teams, ideally within a SaaS or marketplace environment.
- Track record of hitting or exceeding personal sales targets.
- Experience scaling teams up to around 15+ team members.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and the sales development process.
- Comfortable using sales tools like HubSpot or equivalent CRMs.
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
