TL;DR

Business Development Representative Intern (Sales): Prospecting and researching potential leads, initiating outbound calls, and qualifying leads based on interest, budget, authority, and fit with an accent on learning strategies for creating new sales opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. Focus on developing in-depth knowledge of hirify.global offerings and participating in customer touchpoints, including business value justification meetings, business reviews, and renewal meetings.

Location: In office 3-5 days a week in London. Relocation not provided. Must be local to London.

What you will do

  • Participate in reviewing customer contracts, the renewal process, customer communication, and deal negotiation of renewals.
  • Analyze data and leverage tools to identify selling opportunities and business value.
  • Participate in customer touchpoints including Business Value Justification meetings, Business Reviews, and Renewal Meetings.
  • Prospect and research potential leads or target accounts.
  • Initiate outbound calls to introduce hirify.global products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, authority, and fit.

Requirements

  • A passion for hirify.global’s mission, vision, and growth.
  • Desire to learn strategies for creating new sales opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships with hirify.global.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with all stakeholders.
  • Deep curiosity with an ability to quickly learn technical concepts and terms; excellent listening and empathy, with an ability to get things done in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strategic thinker who is able to get to work quickly and execute independently.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum 12 week summer internship.
