TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Edtech): Driving new business growth and expanding existing accounts within a defined territory, positioning hirify.global's tech skills development platform as a strategic solution. Location: This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $224,000 - $280,000 USD annual base + variable

What you will do

  • Hunt and drive new business growth within a territory of white space accounts and accounts with existing spend, from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop tailored territory and account plans that maximize revenue production.
  • Research and understand customer’s business objectives, technology priorities and talent initiatives.
  • Master and consistently apply the hirify.global sales framework to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Partner and collaborate with other functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and buying processes within large enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of enterprise sales experience, or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of 1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six figure deals ($200k+) in complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to senior leaders within large enterprise organizations.
  • Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling framework.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
