Compensation: $87,768 USD OTE (base + variable)

What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for all inbound marketing and product leads.
  • Qualify lead readiness and fit to determine hand-off potential to Account Executives.
  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead interaction data and pipeline status within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to nurture them through the qualification process.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland
  • Previous experience in lead qualification or similar sales roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilience and self-motivation in a target-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • 1–2 years of experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Background in marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
