Salary: $399,000 – $470,000

What you will do

• Lead the Core Product engineering organization to balance powerful functionality with AI-driven user experiences.
• Define and execute technical strategy for core platform features like tasks, projects, and portfolios.
• Partner with Product and Design to integrate LLMs into the platform, evolving it into a system of intelligence.
• Build AI-first platform capabilities, including robust APIs and data structures for intelligent agents.
• Drive excellence in AI best practices, including prompt engineering, model integration, and data privacy.
• Mentor and grow engineering managers and staff to advance generative and agentic product architectures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong background in building and shipping high-impact, user-facing AI/ML products.
• Deep expertise in collaborative software and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling and modern AI stacks.
• Track record of bridging deep technical AI infrastructure with tangible business value.
• Must be based in the New York office for a hybrid schedule.
