What you will do

  • Communicate with customers through online chats and email.
  • Maintain a prompt and empathetic attitude toward all user inquiries.
  • Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Develop deep product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support interactions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Croatian or Slovenian and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong focus on support and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
