What you will do

• Build internal tooling by implementing new AI tools to mine data and track key themes and feature requests.
• Drive program management and improvements, streamlining workflows and improving cross-team communication.
• Take hands-on ownership of critical internal and external strategic special projects.
• Assist in structuring and executing Quarterly EPD Planning cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, Tech, or Analytics).
• Proven experience in building and deploying low-code/no-code AI solutions to automate workflows and synthesize complex data.
• Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or BI tools.
• A track record of successfully partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive alignment and execute complex programs.
• Comfortable handling day-to-day operations while keeping an eye on long-term scalability and delegation.
• Excel at taking messy processes and building clean, scalable workflows around them.
• Understand the importance of user feedback and are passionate about connecting user research to product execution.
