What you will do

• Manage end-to-end technical program delivery for government and defence customers from deployment to production.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for departmental CIOs and IT leadership.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable engineering plans and roadmaps.
• Navigate government procurement processes, security authorisations, and algorithmic impact assessments.
• Coordinate technical work across internal ML, engineering, and platform teams for model customization and integration.
• Ensure delivery of solutions meeting government-grade security, privacy, and performance standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager.
• At least 2 years in customer-facing technical delivery for enterprise software or AI/ML.
• Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated sectors.
• Eligibility to obtain UK or German government security clearance (Top Secret preferred).
• Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, hybrid, air-gapped).
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical government officials.

Nice to have

• Active UK or German security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and German.
• Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, PgMP).
