What you will do

• Orchestrate the GEA AHEAD AI program in alignment with the company’s digital strategy.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure communication and alignment.
• Plan, moderate, and document online and onsite meetings of the AI Hub and AI Board.
• Support the AI Hub to foster collaboration across teams.
• Report program progress to the Chief Digital Officer.

Requirements

• Location: Onsite in Düsseldorf, Germany
• 2+ years experience in digital transformation or technology programs.
• Basic understanding of data and AI technologies and their industrial applications.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent business English required.
• Willingness to travel primarily within Europe (~20%).
