Principal Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyze complex prospect workflows and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Deliver high-quality presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concept sessions.
• Manage and provide high-quality responses to RFI and RFP requests.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success Management teams to meet regional revenue targets.
• Communicate the value and benefits of the core platform to prospective financial clients.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to act as a trusted advisor for investment management solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong domain expertise in Portfolio Management and Trading.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality system demonstrations and presentations.
• Methodical and structured approach to consulting and communication.
• Ability to travel within EMEA (approx. 5 days/month).
• Professional experience in a presales or implementation role within financial services or consulting.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French or German.
• Prior experience within an audit or consulting firm.
