Principal Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with two office days per week and remote work on other days. Travel within EMEA is expected at approximately five days per month.

What you will do

• Analyze prospect workflows and requirements and translate them into SimCorp solutions.
• Map customer requests to SimCorp products and services.
• Prepare high-quality responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Deliver SimCorp One presentations, system demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
• Communicate the benefits and value of solutions to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Management teams and share domain expertise.

Requirements

• Domain expertise in portfolio management and trading.
• Strong presentation and system demonstration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal consulting and communication skills.
• Methodical and structured approach.
• Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in London and travel within EMEA approximately five days per month.

Nice to have

• Presales or implementation experience in the financial services industry, audit, or consulting.
• French or German language skills.
