What you will do

• Proactively identify and acquire new customers, targeting cities and municipalities in Wallonia.
• Support and consult existing clients to optimize urban infrastructure with integrated hardware and software solutions.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities to position hirify.global as the preferred partner for livable cities.
• Lead contract negotiations and respond to RFIs/RFQs with tailored offers.
• Collaborate with international sales, product, and marketing teams to align local and global strategies.
• Innovate market solutions addressing complex parking and mobility challenges in Belgian cities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Wallonia region, Belgium
• Language: Native French and strong English required
• 3+ years of field sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Fintech, or Mobility.
• Proven track record in selling complex services from lead to implementation.
• CRM proficiency to manage full sales cycle.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region and occasionally abroad.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch for cross-border collaboration within Belgium.
• Experience working with public sector clients.
• Passion for mobility, digitalization, and smart city solutions.
