What you will do

  • Drive outbound lead generation and manage incoming lead pipelines through qualification.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, including RFI and RFP management.
  • Coordinate with internal specialists like solution architects and UX designers to deliver holistic proposals.
  • Manage commercial negotiations, contractual documentation, and long-term client relationship setup.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to strengthen market position and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital commerce agency or platform sales.
  • Proven track record in driving complex sales processes from initial plan to final close.
  • Strong expertise in building professional networks and self-generating pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder negotiations and deliver presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.

Nice to have

  • Documented experience in complex service sales within the agency sector.
  • Direct experience working alongside technology partners.
  • Deep understanding of Commerce and Digital Transformation project lifecycles.
