hirify.global is an AI Cyber Asset Intelligence platform enabling IT and Security teams to gain full visibility, reduce cyber risk, and automate workflows across hybrid IT, OT, cloud, and IoT environments.

What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new MSP clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with MSP clients, acting as main commercial contact.
  • Conduct discovery calls and present hirify.global solutions tailored to MSP needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, recommend licensing models, and close deals delivering mutual value.
  • Collaborate with Technical Success Managers to ensure onboarding and adoption.
  • Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or MSP sector.
  • Fluency in English and business-level French required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and strategic sales execution.
  • Understanding of IT environments, networks, and protocols.
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter for events and conferences.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple clients independently.
