Key Account Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic and flagship company accounts to drive retention and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders using a customer-centric approach.
• Proactively identify dissatisfaction signals and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure successful account onboarding and drive platform adoption among employees and administrators.
• Analyze consumption data to present business reviews and strategic insights to clients.
• Lead cross-selling and upselling initiatives and manage contract renegotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Experience working with companies having over 150 employees.
• Proven track record of over-performance in sales or account management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships based on trust.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the Insurance or health benefits industry.
• French language proficiency.
