TL;DR

Customer Success Specialist (Logistics): Delivering eBL onboarding, training, and operational support for enterprise clients in the logistics and agri-trading sectors with an accent on managing full eBL workflows and providing functional support. Focus on maintaining strong B2B communication, creating knowledge base documentation, and resolving operational issues to ensure client success.

Location: Remote. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CET.

What you will do

  • Deliver eBL onboarding, training, and ongoing client support.
  • Guide users through eBL workflows and ensure operational compliance.
  • Provide functional support to agri-trading firms, vessel carriers, and banks.
  • Maintain regular client communication and gather actionable feedback.
  • Perform triage on first-line issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain user guides and knowledge base troubleshooting documentation.

Requirements

  • English proficiency: C1 level required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, trade operations, or digital adoption.
  • Direct B2B experience with enterprise-level customers.
  • Operational knowledge of bulk shipping, commodity trading, or logistics workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and stable internet connection (50/40 Mbps).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Commodities Trading, Supply Chain, Business, or Information Systems.
